Delivery date will depend on shipping carrier and service chosen during checkout. Orders will take one day for processing and package may take a minimum of 2 days for delivery. We are currently not accepting next-day delivery. Please be sure to order in a timely manner as shipping carriers only work during weekdays. We are not responsible if package does not get delivered within your goal date.

We will contact you via email or text if your order will ship separately. If we did not have the item you ordered available, we will issue you a refund for that item. Be on the lookout for any updates!

You may return your order for online store credit to Folklore & Tradition within 14 days of the delivery date by visiting our Return Policy. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend saving the receipt or tracking details verifying the return of your goods. Once the returned item(s) arrive, Folklore & Tradition will review your order for exchange eligibility and reserves the right to deny any exchanges if item(s) are in bad condition.
