Item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order only if they are unwashed, include the original printed receipt or proof of purchase, and no visible signs of wear or use. All garments must be in the original condition that you received it.
Item(s) that cannot be returned include FINAL SALE and CLEARANCE items, masks, gift cards, bags, and jewelry such as necklaces, bracelets, and earrings.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once the returned items arrive, Folklore & Tradition will review your order for refund eligibility and reserves the right to deny a return if items are in bad condition such as damaged clothing and stains. Folklore & Tradition will refund the item(s) returned, NOT the value of the shipping paid. If we made a shipping error, please send it back to us and shipping costs will be deducted and refunded from your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
