How do I check the status of my order?
We have you covered! We will email or text you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. Can't find the email or text? Email Folkloreandtradition@gmail.com to check the status of your order!
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Delivery date will depend on shipping carrier and service chosen during checkout. Orders will take one day for processing and package may take a minimum of 2 days for delivery. We are currently not accepting next-day delivery. Please be sure to order in a timely manner as shipping carriers only work during weekdays. We are not responsible if package does not get delivered within your goal date.
What if I only received part of my order?
We will contact you via email or text if your order will ship separately. If we did not have the item you ordered available, we will issue you a refund for that item. Be on the lookout for any updates!
How do I return my order?
You may return your order for online store credit to Folklore & Tradition within 14 days of the delivery date by visiting our Return Policy. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend saving the receipt or tracking details verifying the return of your goods. Once the returned item(s) arrive, Folklore & Tradition will review your order for exchange eligibility and reserves the right to deny any exchanges if item(s) are in bad condition. Folklore & Tradition will only issue store credit, not refund items returned nor the value of the returned shipping paid. Please visit our Return Policy for more information.
